Aaron was a great sales rep. Explained all I needed to know to get this coating. The coating is really good and has changed my garage and patio area into area of the house I can walk on bare feet. All in all they got the job done.There was an incident with our garage door getting damaged due to it getting closed mid process and getting stuck to the concrete. So it’s important to notify customers or place caution boards and ribbons during the time when it is being laid. Galaxy was responsive and did their best to get the garage door fixed.They strive to keep their customers satisfied.

I can't say enough about the service we have received from Rhino Shield of Tucson. They have returned several times over the past 3 years to take care of some minor issues.This year 2024 their crew...first inspected and coordinated by David Alvarez, followed up by Victor and Danielle the painting crew. Victor has addressed every detail, and then some, taking the time to explain the process and methods he is using. He is very particular and careful, Making sure to paint corner to corner or edge to edge where needed!I would definitely recommend Rhino Shield, and David, Victor, and Danielle.We are very satisfied with the product and the quality of the work. They did an amazing job and things look really good. But spatter of chips on the bricks . They came back and chipped them off mostly. Still some on our screen door, will have to paint the screen.

We once had the ugliest patio...it was pink yet faded and patchy in areas. We have research many options to improve the patio. The only viable that was related was to tear up and start fresh.We had one more contractor to interview if this was a fail...paint was the option sadly. Thankfully it was not a fail Brandon at Galaxy Coating had given us the option needed coat our patio with a durable epoxy coating (this is a basic description refer Galaxy Coating website for details). The cost was well below budget we have extended the scope of work to our front entry walkway.When the time came the technicians who came to do the work was just as professional and personable as Brandon. I felt confident to leave to New York and let them do the work without my supervision.Upon my return just WOW! The quality and beauty of the work just had me grinning ear to ear. It was so beautiful and a complete 360 from what was there previously. From the Sales rep to their installers we were pleased with their product, and performance. They even arrived a day early which was ok as we're retired. Installers were very thorough, double checked that they had the correct color. We love the finished product.

Had our garage, patio and walkways coated by Galaxy floor coatings in Tucson. The process was done over two different days as this was a large amount of concrete areas to cover. All the work was done and supervised in a professional manner and on time working in the heat of summer. The sale rep Reggie and sales manager Tyler were able to make changes to the initial estimate of the area to be coated and everyone from the production manager David to Joanna in admin were helpful in getting the work ordered and scheduled. All existing cracks on the surfaces were prepped and covered and the coating came out per our expectations. There have been no cracks or peeling since being applied. The coating that is used is tested and warranted. If you are going to have you garage floor or any outside surface coated this is the company to go with.

Great job by the sales rep (Reggie) with samples, accurate measurements, and the quote. The office called to set up the appointment for the crew to start, and the job was done in one day, then a 24hr "let-it-cure" period. No complaints with any part of the process.

7/1/24I recently had Galaxy complete my back patio deck. (I also had them do my front porch on the same day.) i decided to go with the same "Uranus" color as my garage. I think it looks brilliant when the sun shines on it, & not too bad at night either. Everyone at Galaxy, from the Sales staff to the floor techs were courteous & professional. RhinoShield Wowed UsWhen we moved to Arizona in December 2019, we were so excited to begin a new chapter away from the Midwest and away from those freezing winters. I know I speak for my husband when I say we were not ready for the heat in Arizona. The summers here are hot, but I still would trade them for the winters!By the time fall came, we started to notice that our green house was turning different shades of green and needed a new coat of paint.
