UPDATE:
I am extremely impressed by Galaxy Concrete Coatings follow up customer services. After they completed the coating on my pool deck, patio, front entry and sidewalk areas, I did notice a couple of issues, which I reported to them. Nick, Project Manager, stopped by to see the issues; he then scheduled Judith, Galaxy crew member, to fix the issues, as needed. Judith explained what she would be doing to fix the issues, and when she would be stopping by to fix them. There is only one minor issue to be resolved, and I know that she will get it done soon, because she is accountable and takes pride in her work. I would also like to "thank" Aaron, Nick and Madison for their time and support; they listened and answered all my questions, and ensured that I was satisfied with their answers.

If you are looking for an awesome company to coat concrete areas, I highly recommend the Galaxy Concrete Coating company. I met with Aaron (Sales person) on Friday, May 1st to discuss my project with him. I shared with him that I wanted to have my pool deck, patio, front entry and sidewalk coated. He explained to me the product that Galaxy would use for my project, and he reviewed with me the process/steps that the Galaxy crew would do for my project. He was professional and polite, and he answered all my questions, including the financial cost and options for payment.
I was surprised that the Galaxy crew was available to start on Monday, May 4th.
Judith and Junior were the Galaxy crew assigned to my project. They were on time each day. (Project was completed Thursday, May 7th.) They were focused on quality. They kept me informed about everything, and I valued their feedback and suggestions as well. I am extremely happy with their work, and the results are amazing. Thank you Aaron, Judith and Junior!

Great customer service!
My initial review reflected frustration due to a communication breakdown. The garage floor we had coated in March had an obvious defect, and it took quite a bit of effort on our part to get the help we needed to have the issue addressed.
Today, however, I’m updating my review to 5 stars because of the professionalism and quality of work provided by Jon and Hugo. They came out to fix the area of concern, did a wonderful job, were pleasant to work with, and left us extremely happy with the final finish of our garage floor.
We truly appreciate the care they took to make things right.

The salesman, Mark Newman, was extremely thorough in his explanation of product and process. He demonstrated the difference between epoxy and polyurea base coats which may have been the real reason for my final decision. He did provide great attention to detail such as taking concrete hardness and moisture readings and explained why. His price was slightly less than a highly referred competitor who was using an epoxy base coat with a polyaspartic top coat. Also Galaxy included finishing the stem walls and the competitor never even mentioned that detail. On the day of installation Kevin and his two man crew arrived on time and listened to my concerns and instructions. I was amazed at how much quieter the process was than I expected. The process of removal of old concrete paint, applying base coat, flakes, top coat, and cleanup only took five and a half hours. The installation team was friendly, polite and efficient and it looks like they did a good cleanup job. Plus my two dogs loved these guys! At this time I cannot walk on the garage floor so I have no idea about dust levels left behind. The polyurea base coat with Mars Flakes and the polyaspartic top coat makes the garage look like a showroom. I only wish we had done this sooner! I would highly recommend Galaxy Concrete Coatings to friends and neighbors.
