We had our back patio and pool patio done about 5 years ago. The pool patio started cracking and peeling so someone from Galaxy came out to evaluate the damage. Next thing I knew they scheduled someone to come out and not just repair the issues but tear up the entire patio and start over. To my surprise they were authorized to redo my back patio as well because it had faded. We were blown away. This company goes above and beyond in honoring their 15 year warranty! Armando oversaw the redo project. He was fantastic! He was friendly and kept us informed on what was happening every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier!

Kevin and his crew arrived right on time and finished exactly at the time I was told they would. They were professional and friendly. The garage and the patio look terrific!

My experience with Galaxy Concrete Coatings was a positive one. It started with a meeting with Mark who explained to me their product, brought samples and pictures of other jobs they had finished and what to expect. He could not have been nicer, he was prepared and well informed and was not pushy one bit. It was such a pleasure to work with him. After two hours of talking I decided to sign a contract. I believe he was shocked but everything he said reassured me that I was making the right decision. Mark was a big reason why my experience was such a positive one. The installers came out and took about two days to apply the coatings. The following day, I noticed a slight issue with the cracks reappearing on my old driveway so I contacted Mark and he got right on it. A couple of days later they were back out and they redid the entire install! It looks spectacular and I couldn’t be happier! This is a company that stands by their work and I so appreciated it. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Polyurea/Polyaspartic coating looks fantastic, and the whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained the process, and left everything clean. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Galaxy coated my front entry concrete with a customized flake product. The color looks amazing because we were able to customize it to our home. The surface seems to be as durable as it is beautiful. I'm not worried about longevity because this product has a lifetime warranty. We did have a scheduling snag on the start date. However, Armando (supervisor) apologized and corrected the situation immediately. I have nothing but praise for Armando. He even text me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Thank you Armando!

Galaxy knocked itnout the park. I had what I’d say is a large project covering walkway, patio, and pool surfaces. The transformation was outstanding and I’m sure will add value for years to come. The team was thorough, correcting any flaws, and flawlessly executing this project. I was beyond satisfied and look forward to entertaining in my revised backyard space.
