I love my basement floor that was done by Galaxy Concrete Coatings of Indianapolis. The production Manager Chistian was very good at explaining everything that he was doing and encouraged me to come down and watch the process. He even took pictures and sent them to me so i could see what they were doing. Hayley answered all of my questions quickly. Scott was great with follow up e-mails when needed. Definitely will go with this company again to finish the rest of my basement. Love the product.

Galaxy did a very nice job. They arrived when promised and the young men were very polite and professional. Only minor complaint was that there were some black lines on the garage edges where the flakes did not adhere, but otherwise it looks great! Overall, very satisfied with the company and their work.

Ben and Theo did a awesome job on my custom floor today. I did Notre Dame themed flakes on my garage floor. I couldn't have asked for better service out of Ben and Theo. I would highly recommend Galaxy concrete coating. The company is easy to work with they all do a great job from the office to the salesman. Jack was our salesman he came to her house proposed everything in front of us explain every detail of the company and what they have to offer and how great their product is and answered any questions we had from the beginning to the end. Jack even reached out to us after the job was completed which is an awesome salesman. I give Ben Theo and Jake and the office five stars on customer service.

We had pur garage floor done a few weeks ago. The whole team is just great and refreshing to deal with. They have great customer service and I know they back their product. They are just a great group to deal with and that is hard to find these days. From the sale with Jack, to scheduling abd questions with Hayley, and the floor installed by Christian - they all did a great job. Our floor looks great, they even do the side part where the concrete goes up against the wall as you can see. I was amazed that it only took a few hours for them to do the whole thing. Thanks to the whole group.

I contacted Galaxy Concrete Coatings on the recommendation of a long-time friend, who was extremely satisfied with their product and service. My sales person was Scott Line. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the process very clearly. Scott was able to show me examples illustrating how their product addresses my situation, including a good selection of before and after pictures. Scott was very thorough in his estimate and included all details of what we wanted for the project. The pricing he provided was attractive and I was immediately impressed. We first met Rick at the Indy Home Show. We had him come to quote our garage. We ended up deciding to do our patio along with the garage. The garage floor is beautiful and just feels so much cleaner. The patio looks bright and clean. Cleanup is so easy. We are very pleased with our garage and patio and have already recommended Rick and the team to several neighbors. This is something we had wanted to do for years and are so happy we finally did it!

We had an old garage that needed renovated. There were several cracks and bad spots in the floor. We called Galaxy and got on the schedule pretty quickly. Now, the garage looks fantastic! We are going to have some more concrete done. I would highly recommend them.
Preston, Ben and Anthony did a great job finishing our front porch and sidewalk. The porch was not in bad shape, but the sidewalk had a lot of cracks. They did an excellent job filling in cracks and small holes to where it looks like brand new. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their installation work. Compared to other companies I feel that Galaxy is worth looking into. Not all companies offer the same product. Especially when it comes to exposure to sunlight and moisture. I am keeping them in mind for another project for our backyard and sidewalk that leads to it. Definitely get a quote from them.
Met with Rick who provided an overview of the process, all the options available, and the pros and cons of various polymers. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and even allowed us to customize our selections. Dakota and Ben came to do the install. They were punctual and diligent in their work. I appreciated that they went over the customizations with us prior to application to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The end product looks great and the process was quick and painless.

Rick recently joined the Galaxy team as General Manager in Indianapolis. He brings over 35 years of sales and management experience to our company. Most recently, he was with BraunAbility, a leading worldwide organization in the mobility industry, where he managed over 100 dealers in the commercial Midwest market. After 20+ years with the company, Rick moved to join Galaxy Concrete Coatings. He has been active with youth sports programs and is currently involved with the Fortville Board of Zoning Appeals. Rick enjoys being active by volunteering in the local community, golfing, fishing, and kayaking. He has 2 grown kids and he and his wife Gretchen, married for 30 years, recently moved from Fishers, IN to Fortville, IN. Rick is looking forward to his new career in the coatings industry!

een hired as a Crew Leader for the Galaxy production team. Christian is an Indiana University graduate. He currently lives in Fishers, IN and has been involved in a wide range of commercial trades over the years, including painting, landscaping, and concrete coatings installation. Christian was recently certified as a Penntek Coatings Installer for Galaxy Concrete Coatings. He takes great pride in starting a project from the ground up, which provides a sense of accomplishment and good work. Christian strives to ensure all jobs are done to the best of his ability and that all customers are completely satisfied.
