We had Galaxy coat our patio and walk way 3yrs ago. We started to notice it flaking off when the dogs would lay on it. Without hesitation a manger came out and set us up for a full restoration. Once we were ready they were here with one week. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the top coat has been reformulated to withstand the Arizona sun. I purchased a home that had an existing galaxy coating but needed touched up. They came out and did a beautiful job today. It looks brand new. Dakota, Shawn and Ben showed up on time and were very friendly. We just moved into this home and you can see how bad the garage floor was. I could tell right away how much pride Dakota takes in his work. He went far above and beyond my expectations. The front of the floor was rough and unlevel. He not only ground them to smooth but he also leveled them to perfection. I also had new concrete steps that they sealed and flaked by hand. The attention to detail is amazing. UPDATE: I am extremely impressed by Galaxy Concrete Coatings follow up customer services. After they completed the coating on my pool deck, patio, front entry and sidewalk areas, I did notice a couple of issues, which I reported to them. Nick, Project Manager, stopped by to see the issues; he then scheduled Judith, Galaxy crew member, to fix the issues, as needed. Judith explained what she would be doing to fix the issues, and when she would be stopping by to fix them. There is only one minor issue to be resolved, and I know that she will get it done soon, because she is accountable and takes pride in her work. I would also like to "thank" Aaron, Nick and Madison for their time and support; they listened and answered all my questions, and ensured that I was satisfied with their answers. INITIAL: If you are looking for an awesome company to coat concrete areas, I highly recommend the Galaxy Concrete Coating company. I met with Aaron (Sales person) on Friday, May 1st to discuss my project with him. I shared with him that I wanted to have my pool deck, patio, front entry and sidewalk coated. He explained to me the product that Galaxy would use for my project, and he reviewed with me the process/steps that the Galaxy crew would do for my project. It’s kind of hard to see the difference, but man what a difference

Wow, was I impressed today. I had our 2-car garage concrete coated today. Preston and Danny did the job. It started with a phone call to let me know what time they would arrive. Right on time, 2 perfect gentlemen. They explained the process, then got right to work. They took the time to hand paint the product in the areas next to the walls, so that future paint jobs would not be compromised. They took time to answer every question I had. The floor looks great. Wish I had hired Galaxy before. I can't say enough about Preston and Danny. Two great professionals.

Great customer service!

My initial review reflected frustration due to a communication breakdown. The garage floor we had coated in March had an obvious defect, and it took quite a bit of effort on our part to get the help we needed to have the issue addressed. Today, however, I’m updating my review to 5 stars because of the professionalism and quality of work provided by Jon and Hugo. They came out to fix the area of concern, did a wonderful job, were pleasant to work with, and left us extremely happy with the final finish of our garage floor. We truly appreciate the care they took to make things right.

The salesman, Mark Newman, was extremely thorough in his explanation of product and process. He demonstrated the difference between epoxy and polyurea base coats which may have been the real reason for my final decision. He did provide great attention to detail such as taking concrete hardness and moisture readings and explained why. His price was slightly less than a highly referred competitor who was using an epoxy base coat with a polyaspartic top coat. Also Galaxy included finishing the stem walls and the competitor never even mentioned that detail. On the day of installation Kevin and his two man crew arrived on time and listened to my concerns and instructions. I was amazed at how much quieter the process was than I expected. The process of removal of old concrete paint, applying base coat, flakes, top coat, and cleanup only took five and a half hours. The installation team was friendly, polite and efficient and it looks like they did a good cleanup job. Plus my two dogs loved these guys! At this time I cannot walk on the garage floor so I have no idea about dust levels left behind. The polyurea base coat with Mars Flakes and the polyaspartic top coat makes the garage look like a showroom. I only wish we had done this sooner! I would highly recommend Galaxy Concrete Coatings to friends and neighbors.

My parents had to have old lifted flooring replaced from when a horrible contractor took advantage of them and incorrectly installed vinyl plank flooring a few years ago. Their new contractor Jimmy Verdugo, from JD'S Home Remodeling LLC, contacted Galaxy Concrete Coatings to come out and give us an estimate. My parents decided to work with Galaxy and go ahead with the concrete coating for the floors in their home. Galaxy sent out a wonderful team to work with my parents. I contacted Galaxy Concrete Coatings because the garage floor in my daughter‘s newly purchased home was pitted, cracked and in need of repair. Rick Jacobs the GM was very helpful right from the start. The communications were good, the process was thoroughly explained and the timelines were met.. The concrete repair was done well and the final coated floor looked great. This really dressed up the garage and we expect it to last for many, many years.

What I can say about my experience thus far is the two men that worked on it were professional, respectful, cleaned up after which is always nice and it’s beautiful! Ben, Jake, Josh and Danny were at our home in Greenwood on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. They were hard working and helpful to me in explaining the process and helping me understand how to care for snd maintain the job after they were finished. The pool deck is simply gorgeous now. The imperfections and different shade of bare concrete are now replaced by a beautiful mixture of colors that make our pool look very inviting. The job was estimated to be three days but their effort got it done in just two. I can get on the deck tomorrow afternoon and will clean out the flakes and dust that got into the water as I had the cover retracted so the entire deck could be coated. The deck tracks will be reinstalled on Friday so the pool should be ready for use this weekend. Rick was our salesman and other helpful individuals at Galaxy were Valerie and Christian. I would definitely recommend the company and their finished product.

We recently had Galaxy Concrete Coatings do our 3 outdoor patios and our garage. David, mgr., explained the process, helped us choose the color (have many and are all beautiful), he checked in daily and was there for the follow up. Jesus Ulloa was the crew chief with Cristian, Alberto, Ivan, Mauricio and Martin, they were the ones that did the coating. I had my 35-year-old driveway and sidewalk done 3 weeks ago and was extremely satisfied with the process and results! The quality and new look is awesome, and I expect it to last a long time. The job was done on time as promised. Ethan and Levi were diligent in the exhaustive surface preparation and repair of the cracks and pitting in the concrete and stayed late in order to be done on time and well before the forecasted rain that came early the next morning. We are very happy that we had this done.

The project was bad from the start. The first team they sent was unqualified to do the work with both installers under the age of 20 with no supervision. The PM had to grind the coating to keep from cutting or feet. They got coatings all over our landscaping and existing concrete path. They had coating on our door as well. The claim that it is none slip is not true I have personally fallen. We are now looking at a total replacement of our patio at substantial cost. After notifying them that the patio was now dangerous, they stopped communicating. Our project lasted over 6 weeks and they still expected full payment. I suggest you find a better company to deal with. Update 3/31/26 After posting this review, I was contacted by the manager from Arizona. They offered to come back and do whatever was necessary to make it right. The Manager travelled from Arizona to supervise the work. They completed the work yesterday and amended the coating to include a slip resistant additive to the top coat. Along with the Manager from Arizona we inspected the work this morning after curing. With this amendment, we are sure the slipping issue has been corrected. The willingness for this company to stand by their work has changed my opinion as they have bent over backwards now to make us happy! Thank you to Daniel, Nathan, and Luis for sticking by your product.

Jesus set our expectations and then followed through on what he promised. Entire patio removal of pool deck then recoated with polyaspartic ….in two days. We’ll see how durable it is but it looks good. There was a crack where I can see buildup from the prep. I assume it’s from the prep but otherwise we are satisfied with the initial results. No other bid we received promised the turnaround time.

I have given a five star review because the technicians Angel and Nathan were great. Very friendly and helpful. They did a professional job. I did have a little problem with the company at first but they did resolve my issue. All and all it came out nice and looks beautiful.

Galaxy Concreate flooring did an amazing job in my Garage .The installer Luis is a superstar. He was very detailed oriented and even found out the flakes colors he already began to install was not exactly the color we ordered, he immediately contacted the office and got everything sorted, he went back to the office and got the correct color without any hesitation even though that meant a lot more for work for him as he needed to removed the old color to install the correct one. Luis and his crew did an amazing job. I will call Luis and Galaxy Concrete coating for sure in the next project. I can not recommend them enough. 5 star service.

I’m a maintenance supervisor/director for a property in Denver Colorado. Luis came out to install a polyurea floor in our properties basement. The floor came out amazing and Luis even came back after it was done to make a little ramp to our elevator to make it easier for the elderly people here to push their carts into the elevator. We hired Galaxy to install a new surface on our front patio last Spring, and we are very pleased with the results. Unfortunately, it took a lot longer than planned as we had some unexpected rainy weather on and off for a few days during the installation. We appreciated the contractor’s clear communication and willingness to address our questions and concerns. The crew was courteous and respectful, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily routine. At the end of the Summer, we had some peeling that occurred. They were very responsive when I let them know and scheduled the repair immediately at my convenience. They made the repairs and recoated the whole area so it would all match. They definitely take their lifetime warranty seriously.

I was driving home one day and I heard an advertisement on the radio for Galaxy and we have been wanting to do something different with our patio floor which previously had been covered with indoor outdoor carpeting. I called and an appointment was set up for the next business day. The representative showed up on time and was very thorough with explaining what his product could do. He was not pushy at all. We actually enjoyed our conversation. How often can you say that about a salesman? We were able to get the project scheduled at the end of that week and decided to not only do the patio floor, but also our front porch. It took one day and the guys were very careful about our property. We love, love, love the finished results. It’s not at all slippery, which was a main concern of mine and it looks beautiful. Galaxy sanded and applied an epoxy coating to my condo balcony. This was not an easy job as my unit is on the top floor and extra care was needed so that removal debris and new product did not spill over onto to the side of the building or below. Kudos to my project manager Daniel, crew chief Luis Corral and Juan. I am very pleased with the end product.

UPDATE: After this review, I contacted David, my service rep. He promptly set up another appointment to re do the coating to add more grip. I also was contacted by another representative from the company who saw the review. Galaxy is committed to resolving the slip issue. The coating has been resurfaced again. I need to see if this has resolved the issue but I am very pleased with Galaxy, David and the other man's attention to this. OLD POST: We have Galaxy in our (current and last) garage. Was there before us. It is great. We decided to do our patio. Everyone at Galaxy is great to work with. They have been very responsive every time I call. The coating is awesome for this extreme heat. I can walk barefoot on the patio when I can't on the concrete or stone. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the product around our pool. We can't seem to get enough consistent grip to be able to walk safely when it is wet. Also, we picked a light color that shows all the water marks and footprints making it appear to be dirty or stained. While I love the product and the people we worked with, I just don't feel the coating is safe around water. Galaxy came out to redo but it is still quite slick in areas and it catches you off guard. If water wasn't an issue this would be a strong 5 rating. In the boxes I am being asked specific questions. One is about price. If I was happy, while expensive, I guess it is reasonably priced. Due to slip issues, I would say over priced. (Sorry Galaxy!)

I had Galaxy come out to do my double garage floor and there were a few issues and I contacted Galaxy and they were on it ASAP. The guys came out and remedied every issue and I am super happy with my garage floor. They did an excellent job find detail I could not be happier.
