Galaxy Garage Floor Coatings in Indiana and Arizona

I bought a house with a garage that had a very poor paint job about 12 years ago. It was horrible so the prior owner repainted it to sell, which made it worse.I have wanted to do this for several years and finally had the process done today. I can’t say enough great things about the professionalism and work ethic of Galaxy Concrete Coatings! 5 stars across the board. If you are thinking about doing it, stop thinking, and just Do It!

This company was phenomenal to work with in 2021 when we had our garage and two patios done. As time progressed the back patio coating began to crack at the expansion joints. We called in the beginning of March to have someone come look at the cracking (spanned about 30 feet). After several emails with images, phone calls and "appointments " where no one showed up... Galaxy finally arrived today. I'm very laid back and because I was generally very happy with their work I was happy to get it fixed. We also had a scratch on the garage floor I wanted them to fix. It was about a 15 inch drag mark/linear scratch. The gentleman were very friendly and repaired the back patio and the garage. Come to find out the back patio was covered under the lifetime warranty, the garage scratch was not. No big deal right? WRONG!!! That silly scratch was $400.00!!!!! After all the b.s. they put us through with even getting someone out here, PLUS the multiple referrals (with jobs completed) we gave.... we got a $400.00 bill for a scratch. That is insane!!!UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by multiple people (Daniel and Nick) after posting this review. I am satisfied with the resolution and their urgency to reach out directly to make sure we went back to feeling as satisfied with Galaxy as we did the day we hired them.

I had my garage floor and patio covered. The garage had some uneven stripes, but they came back and credit it. Looks great.

Working with everyone there was a great experience. They are all very professional and wonderful to work with. The guy leading the crew that worked on our garage was very detailed and meticulous. He was about as excited for the change as we were. The end result was better than we expected. Highly recommended!

I LOVE my garage floor. The previous owner had used the garage as a game room. They had a very thick layer of epoxy on the floor. It was nice but scratched easily and was absolutely treacherous when walking across the floor with snow on your feet!We called Galaxy Concrete Coatings. Darrel came out and quoted us and the price seemed reasonable. Hayley worked with our schedule to get us scheduled in a timeframe that worked best for us.Benjamin and crew came and did the work to perfection. Our job was a little longer than most because the thickness of the epoxy. It took a lot of work for the crew to get it up. But they did such a great job. It took two days for us but worth it for a job well-done.I am very pleased with the results and communication throughout the project.

Galaxy did a great job and we would recommend them. Work was done in one day as promised. After the cure time we had a great garage floor which is holding up to car tires, workshop use, comfortable on bare feet, non-slip and is easy to care for.

Galaxy was excellent to work with and their product took my garage from dull to snazzy in a matter of hours. It was affordable and worth the investment. It’s way easier to keep clean and it’s now an extended room in my house. Love it!

To begin with, I will give Galaxy Concrete Coatings an A++++ Rating. Rick, the salesman and GM, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The quote was less than what I expected. Rick even offered a 10’ enclosed trailer that I used to store garage items. The installers, Jake and Levi, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They both were detailed oriented. I pretty much observed the installation process and was very impressed. Here are some before and after pictures. I will post more pictures after everything is back into the garage. The floor requires 48 hours to fully cure. I highly recommend Galaxy.

My new floor in the garage is awesome! They are great with prices. It was even a better price than what we thought it would be. I don't think I would ever pick a different company. I was so amazed at how well it looked. I had 2 friends ask me what is the name of the company, so I told my friends. Friends came over to look at it and they said that they were afraid to step on it because it was so pretty and looked good. 😂 It is so easy to clean. After years of the garage concrete floor chipping and flaking away, we finally decided to get it coated. And wow, were we glad we did and wished we had done it sooner! The team from Galaxy Concrete Coating of Indianapolis were great to work with, showed up on time, completed the job in the time they estimated, and their work was of high quality. I love my new garage floor and outdoor space. Galaxy is the best! Jim came out to talk to about what they do, and to listen to my plans to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Jim was very communicative and answered any questions I had after his visit, promptly. Hayley was on the ball with scheduling and kept me updated on everything. Christian, Benjamin and the rest of the crew did a great job. They were courteous, prompt and hardworking. They worked throughout thee day and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. The team at Galaxy Coatings was a pleasure to work with. Alex, the sales person made sure that we understood the entire process which is what distinguishes their product from a typical garage coating. The scheduling team followed up multiple times to make sure everything was on track. I can’t speak highly enough of the crew that executed the coating. They were on time, finished the double garage in one day, including the repairs. I can’t yet testify to the longevity of the product but I can visibly see that it’s not your run of the mill garage floor coating and their warranty speaks for itself. In short, I feel like it was worth the investment and I would highly recommend them!

It was an absolutely awesome experience. I am in the construction industry, so it was really hard to let go of actually letting someone else do the work. They showed up on time, explained to me what they were going to do and proceeded to do it. I had an existing painted garage floor I did myself 10 years ago, so they had to really work on it to grind it down. They even ground the expansion gaps. I am extremely picky, and they did an absolutely excellent job. I am so happy every time I walk on it, my girlfriend makes fun of me. This is not a cheap process, but it is worth every penny you will spend. I’d like to thank them for doing a really good job for me

We had the best experience with Galaxy. One of my goals was to finish our garage organization project before the end of the year and they got us in days after meeting with us and before the holiday! Jack was so helpful and knowledgeable that I promptly canceled the two other company meetings I had that day and booked.Not only was their turnaround time amazing, but they were super efficient. Our garage is 3+ and Christian and his helper were here right on time at 9a and finished promptly at 4p. We moved everything off the floor the day before and were able to move it all back within 48 hours even in the cold.It looks absolutely gorgeous and I can’t help but think I wish I had done it sooner. It is a total gamechanger as we come in and out of the garage multiple times a day. It’s a huge mood booster!Thank you SO much for making our dream garage a reality. Highly recommend Galaxy.

Fair pricing and a great install was not even the best part of using Galaxy. There was a small issue that was noticed after the installers left where the garage door seal had been damaged. To my surprise and appreciation there was a no question asked response and a complete commitment by Galaxy and all of their staff to make it right, right away and at their cost. I HIGHLY recommended them! They are one of a few cleft in this world that deserves this review!
